The color combinations chosen for this new line screams Gen Z.ย It gives a youthful feel and the pattern seems like a good medium between subtle but dramatic all at the same time.
At the moment, there are only two shades to choose from.
Here is my natural eye color which is dark brown.ย Finding color contacts that are effective against dark brown eyes is essential when it comes to color contacts and since Olens is made with dark brown eyes, you know the colors are always bright and will show up well.
Olens Tika 3con brown has a grayish-brown ring with specks of golden brown and an amber inner ring.ย The graphics on these color contacts are similar to those of the BTS x MTPS idol line where there are almost intersecting oval rings to mimic real eye pattern which actually looks quite natural.ย I also like that the pattern doesn’t make your eye look like alien eyes and doesn’t make your iris protrude like a retile.
Far away, the outer ring definitely gives a circle lens look and the overall color scheme has a cool tone to it.ย ย
Olens Tika 3con gray has a dark gray, almost black, a ring with silvery blue specks, and a cool amber ring on the inside.
The gray is much more dramatic and would look best with a darker/ heavier eye makeup look.ย This gray isn’t my favorite but if you are looking for some gray color contacts, check out Olens scandi gray or Olens teen teen sliver if you want a more wearable gray/ sliver.
