Elizavecca Gold CP nest white bomb eye cream review

Eye creams is something I haven’t dabbled too much in since I don’t usually see much difference anyways. I think in my whole life time, I’ve tried less then 10 eye creams so I was quite excited to get this Elizavecca gold CF nest white bomb eye cream (wow that is a mouthful). ย I personallyย don’t have that many concerns around the eye area other then my natural under eye wrinkles (I think it is natural, I hope haha), and slight dark circles from sleeping late but that’s about it. ย Anyways, let’s get started with the review, I think that’s what you guys are here for anyways.

Full name of product:
Elizavecca gold CP nest white bomb eye cream

Limited edition/ Permanent?:
Permanent

Description of product:
LOL what is with that disgusting description. ย “… made with the saliva of Kimusayon… bird’s vomit from digestive glands.” ย Lucky for them, I grew up eating weird shit like bird’s nest (aka. bird’s spit) which is suppose to be super expensive and a delicacy. ย I was forced to eat it as a kid since my mother said it was good for the skin but honestly it is quite disgusting. It’s kind of slimy and putting it in warm milk really doesn’t help either. ย Oh Eastern medicine, how sometimes I question if you are for real or not haha.

Price:
24,800 won

Amount of product:
30 mL

Duration before expiration:
1 year

Country of Manufacture:
Made in Korea

Jolse

Ingredients:

How to use:
After you have cleansed and toned your skin, apply some of this eye cream on your eye lid and also on your undereye. ย Make sure not to rub the eyes since you don’t want to cause more wrinkles so dab away.

Product packaging:
Packaging for this eye cream is very simple and straight forward. ย The tube has the signature Piggy design along with a lot of gold details to go along with the long as name that I will never remember.

Screwing off the cap reveals the fine tip where the eye cream dispenses.

Texture/ Finish:
The texture of this eye cream is kind of a cross between a gel and a thick cream, right in the middle. On the eyes, it feels very moisturizing and does truly feel like my skin is being protected. ย

After it has been massaged into the eyes, it doesn’t leave my skin greasy or any type of heavy feeling at all. ย The finish kind of feels like a balm texture which satisfies my hydration crave.

pH level:
This eye cream has a pH level of 5, meaning it has a pH level closest to human flesh and most likely won’t irritate the skin.

Fragrance?:
There is a very faint fragrance, so faint that I’m practically sniffing it up my nose HAHA. ย No that was sarcasm but there is a faint scent that kind of smells like ginger with a faint milk scent. ย Smell-o-scale: 2/10 in terms of the strength of the scent.ย

Pro:
-moisturizing
-does the job well

Con:
-didn’t see the effects it claims
(but I don’t really have a wrinkle problem, only dark circles but that is from lack of sleep)

Repurchase?:
Maybe

Overall thoughts:
I think this product is quite decent and it does the job well if you are looking for just hydration. ย I can’t speak upon if it helps with wrinkles since I don’t have many but I can say that it doesn’t really do much for dark circles. ย Like I said, I don’t expect it to do much for dark circles since mine are from lack of sleep. ย For an eye cream though, you do get a ton of product, something that I have noticed a lot of K-beauty brands giving us tons of product. ย In the western market for eye cream, you get so little and they charge you so damn much, its practically daylight robbery. ย So if you guys are looking for a decent eye cream, this one is definitely one to consider.

Have you guys tried this eye cream before? ย What are your thoughts on it and if you guys have a K-beauty eye cream you truly love and swear by, please do let me know in the comments down below!

I’ve never fully understood the extra benefit of eye creams v a normal moisturising cream yet! I do like the name of this one though, but it does sound pretty average.

From the feedback I am seeing, some people love this product but I personally didn’t see much difference with my eyes. I think maybe because I don’t have wrinkle problems just yet but this is quite moisturizing I do have to say.
